🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is a delay due to high demand or stock issues, we will contact you by email immediately.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
🇳🇱 Netherlands:
- Standard shipping: €4.95
- Free shipping on orders from €50
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
🇪🇺 European Union:
- Standard shipping: €12.95
- Free shipping on orders from €100
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location
We use reliable carriers such as PostNL, DPD, or DHL. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
3. International Shipping (Outside the EU)
Currently, we only ship within the European Union. For inquiries about international delivery, please contact us at contact@reedboat.com.
4. Customs & Import Taxes
All EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands and include VAT.
Customers outside the EU (if applicable) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and assist with replacement or refund options.
